Crafty Christmas Class | Sun 23 Nov | 10-4.30pm

Come and handsew Christmas decorations and get into the spirit of the Season with us!

You will receive a goodie bag upon arrival, which includes kits to make five unique decorations.  You will select your kits on the day of the class, and we will have traditional and contemporary colour options. The photos in this listing are examples of the style of decorations we will be making. 

Morning and afternoon tea will be provided (please let us know if you have allergies), and we will break for lunch from 12.30-1.30 (lunch is at your cost, and you are welcome to BYO and eat in the Met Lounge, or head out to one of the lovely eateries here at The Tannery).  The shop will stay open until 5.30pm on the day, so if you would like to shop after the event then you will be able to do so.

We will have spot prizes, a bonus Christmas show and tell, plus Vivienne from Fresca will pop up to give us some festive foodie inspiration!

Venue:
The Met Lounge, upstairs from Deluxe Cinema, The Tannery.  Kicks off at 10am, please arrive no earlier than 9.45am.  Please ensure you are parked outside of The Tannery carpark, to avoid a parking ticket! There is free long term parking across the river on Rutherford St.  Car pool with friends!

Cost covers:
Goodie bag, including kits to create five different decorations, morning and afternoon tea, tuition, FUN!

Bring:
Basic handsewing kit, including a variety of needles, fabric and paper scissors, quick unpick, gluepen, neutral thread. The ability to thread a needle would be advantageous. Sense of humour. Christmas attire optional.
