Sew & Co uses an online payment system where you can purchase using your credit card. If you are having problems using the online shop checkout feel free to contact us through phone or email so we can guide you through your payment or arrange a different payment option.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Shipping Policy

Within New Zealand
We can ship around New Zealand. For customers within New Zealand we ship using New Zealand Post. The minimum shipping cost is $10.00 for items with a total weight of under 1kg, the maximum being $20.00 for items with a total weight of under 9kg.  Rural Delivery is an extra $4.00

Australia

We charge a flat rate of $20.00 

International excluding Australia
We are happy to send to you wherever you are in the world! You will only be charged the actual price of shipping to you. When you order through the website it will charge you NZ$50 (don't panic we will only debit you the actual price of shipping. If you would like an estimate of shipping costs contact us before you order online.

Returns Policy
When ordering fabric with us please chose carefully and understand that the colours that appear on your device may not be accurate representations of the fabric in store. Any fabric ordered and cut, unless there is a fault with the fabric itself, can not be returned.

On the rare occasion that an item is faulty, you will only receive a refund if the item is in the original condition that it left the store in. 

If you are unsatisfied with an item you have received please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you are unhappy with and one of our team will respond promptly.
