This modern, mechanical pencil has special ceramic leads which allows the lines to be removed from most fabrics using the in-built eraser, the Sewline Aqua Eraser or by dabbing with a damp cloth or washing. The pencil has strong 0.9mm ceramic leads coloured with water-soluble dyes, specially formulated for fabrics.
Always test on a swatch of the fabric to ensure the lines can be removed satisfactorily. Only press down lightly when marking with the pencil to ensure easy removal. Erase pencil lines before ironing fabric.
The colour-coded tip makes it easy to locate the pencil you need. The pack contains 1 Mechanical Pencil and 6 leads in a refill canister.
Fabric Pencils are available in white, black graphite, or green leads. Lead refills packs and Eraser refill packs are available separately.
