Come and learn how to make a couple of cool coasters, or maybe a slightly larger potholder or pot stand!
In this class you will learn all the techniques necessary to make a pair of coasters or one large potholder or pot stand. We will not be teaching you how to use your sewing machine, you need to already know how to operate the basic functions, like how to thread your machine, how to wind your bobbins, how to sew a straight line. Your machine must be able to perform a zigzag stitch, and must have a piping or zipper foot.
We have two sewing machines available to use if you don't have access to one of your own, but you need to be confident on a machine and able to adapt to a new one quickly - let us know!
